Great location (easy to reach from the city airport) and easy access to the apartment.
Noise from surrounding hotels (guests on the street). Basically it would be very quiet for a city. Windows are rather poorly insulated.

It is close to the train station.
The hotel’s soundproofing is terrible, and the area is extremely noisy at night (people were literally shouting during the early morning hours). For the price they charge, they should renovate the property and improve the apartment’s sound insulation. The microwave was not working. Check-in was scheduled for 3:30 p.m., but at 3:47 p.m. there were still people cleaning the apartment, which was very inconvenient.
